Continental Airlines' Boeing 777-200ER touches down in IAH

On this page, you will find some photos of the "Queen of the Skies" in IAH on Friday, October 2, 1998 and Saturday October 3, 1998.  Before arriving at IAH, the airplane went downtown and flew by the CO headquarters.

The airplane pulled into Gate 46 & 48 at Terminal C.  The fire trucks welcomed the new type with the traditional water spray.  IAH was at a stand still, it was as if the President of the United States had arrived.
