April 13, 2001: The Pyramids at Giza by Camelback

    Our Guide comes riding towards us after talking with the security detail.    
         
Have you ever seen this much sand in your life? The interesting thins is that there was evidence that the Nile once passed this way as you can see stones and shells in the sand.

    From this angle, you can see the nine pyramids at Giza.
 
Up close and very personal as Abdullah leads the way.
         
  The Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops to the Greeks), the largest of the nine Pyramids at Giza.   The ride is almost over, just switching around the riding blanket. The Sphinx in the distance.
