These
photos were taken on Saturday August 1, 1998.
Four of SFB's five gates as seen from the Employee Parking Lot. Two of Britannia's (BY) B767s and Monarch's (ZB) MD-11 can be seen.
Gate space changes quickly at SFB, Leisure Air and Caledonia Airways joined the party.
Air Atlanta Icelandic's Boeing 747 and Monarch's DC10-30 were not so lucky.
It's almost time to go, so the crew boards.
Ground crew members continue to service this aircraft.
The view from the other side of the airport. Note there is a Boeing 720 on the right.
